My name is Susan Kraus, and I founded EarlyTalent Co to support stronger internship experiences. I work with organizations that are building or evolving their internship programs, including those planning for growth and looking for a long-term, lower-risk approach to talent acquisition. EarlyTalent Co helps design and refine programs using a proven framework. We also support students in building the skills to navigate and make the most of these opportunities.
